Lance is a director and manager of Punakaiki Fund, a growing evergreen fund that invests in high growth companies in New Zealand. He is a director of 11 Punakaiki Fund portfolio companies as well as a number of other companies where he is an investor or founder. Lance has over 25 years of business experience, including with McKinsey in Washington DC, EBRD in London, BHP Billiton in South Africa, Australia and Mozambique, Mobil Oil in NZ and Australia and Trade Me, Fairfax and Pacific Fibre in New Zealand. He has a B Tech (product Development) from Massey and an MBA (Finance, Strategy) from Yale.
