Kaushala Ratnayake

Kaushala holds a Bachelors of Science in Biomedical Science and Masters in Bioscience Enterprise. She is passionate about applying her biotechnology academic background in the commercial world. Kaushala recently joined Deloitte as a management consultant and held previous roles at Callaghan Innovation and The IceHouse.
Kaushala joined the ROS committee because she is driven to link the younger generations in science with today's leaders. This is also reflected in her role as Chairperson of Chiasma, a national charity supporting students in growing their connection and awareness of the New Zealand Science and Technology industries.
