Over the past 25 years, Renee has completed numerous market assessments spanning most segments of the North American and European food and beverage industries and food ingredients industries. Special expertise includes flavours, high-intensity sweeteners, hydrocolloids, bulking agents, and nutrition-related ingredients. Her major areas of interest and experience encompass both business and technical issues relating to the food and food ingredients industries. Her consulting work focuses on the identification and analysis of new opportunities and the development of strategies for technology and growth.
Prior to The Food Group, Renee was a Senior Manager in Arthur D. Little’s FMCG practice, where she also consulted to food and food ingredient clients.
